I’ve never had so much stress released at once. I...feel more alive than ever. I just got back from Afghanistan and this is what I needed. I feel like a new man but even better, a better service member. –N.V.
Thanks for this wonderful retreat. I felt rested and refreshed afterward. The program was great; the pacing was perfect; there was time for Q&A. I look forward to attending again. –J.B.
This is my fifth online retreat with Richard and Gail. I have also gone on seven in-person retreats with them. This retreat was wonderful, as the others have been. These retreats are always very helpful. The rounding and the discussions are great.- B.M.
The repeated sessions of yoga, pranayama, and meditation...really allow me to get a deeper sense of well-being. I do like the topic discussions in the afternoon as well. –D.S.
I thought that this was an awesome retreat. I've gone on two online retreats before with Richard and Gail Dalby and they were both excellent, excellent teachers and hosts. After we each introduced ourselves I felt a deep camaraderie with the group. My practice has deepened since the retreat and I would recommend this retreat to everyone who practices TM. It was excellent. Thank you very much for offering it!!!
Jai Guru Dev. —J. M.
I love rounding in the morning sessions.
It's a great way to go deeper from the comfort of my house. –M.D.
I love these Zoom retreats. They and the TMConnect with Bob Roth, have really helped me during this pandemic. I realized ...that I should take advantage of as many retreats as possible. –C.M.
I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it so much via zoom. I was a little skeptical at first, but I would definitely take another online retreat.
Thanks again for a lovely retreat day. –T.L.
I did not expect to find “rounding” [the extended meditation procedure]
as helpful as it turned out to be. It seems like the stress relief was exponentially more. That was a surprise. I learned new things about the relationship of TM and Ayurveda to well-being. The repeated sessions
of yoga, pranayama, and meditation really allow me to get
a deeper sense of well-being. –K.F.
I was very happy with the online half-day TM retreat. My practice had become slightly irregular over the last year or so and the retreat really reinforced my knowledge and helped me correct my practice of the TM technique. It was invigorating and refreshing at the same time. –J.M.
The retreat was excellent. The rounding was powerful. The Maharishi video and Dr. Pearson's talk were both really good. Explanations of various aspects of consciousness are always very helpful to me. –B.M.
I was again surprised at how deep the experience was, given the shortened, Zoom format. Richard and Gail always do an excellent job of engaging and supporting participants. –S.V.
Richard and Gail Dalby are wonderful TM leaders- sharing their knowledge and answering questions so freely. I also enjoyed the afternoon discussion with Dr. Nancy Lonsdorf. –N.P.
I enjoyed a lot of things about the retreat... Richard and Gail were very welcoming and friendly. And they answered all of my questions well. I thoroughly enjoyed that we had two periods of Maharishi Asanas and two periods of TM meditation plus a checking at the end. I stayed for Dr. Craig Pearson's talk and I thought it was wonderful. I really, really liked this retreat and I plan on doing it again. –J.M.
Coming into the retreat, my stress level was beginning to take a toll on my health. As the caregiver of a husband with Parkinson's who also suffers from heart disease, the rapid increase in Covid infections has us very concerned. The retreat couldn't have been more timely. As a result of spending the day in retreat, my resting pulse rate dropped 6 points overnight and I had the best night's sleep in months. One of my meditation experiences that day was of being gently rocked in an ocean of light -- a feeling of being comforted. So lovely. I continue to add the (pranayama) to my meditation routine as well as the asanas when I can carve out the additional time. Thank you for re-introducing those tools to my practice, and for a most nourishing day. I look forward to joining you another time. –R.R.
"Thank you for an outstanding online retreat yesterday.
And thank you for such great info on Ayurveda."– C.R.
A very wonderful, refreshing experience. –S.R.
It's hard to nail down one thing I liked most about the retreat. I liked the whole thing. I thoroughly enjoyed the rounding -- doing the Maharishi Yoga Asanas twice plus the pranayama and meditating twice as well as the checking. My meditations were deep and profound. I enjoyed the sense of camaraderie I felt with the other participants. And I really, really enjoyed watching the Maharishi videos in which Maharishi expounded on the seven states of consciousness. — J. M.
The rounding is a welcome restful and restorative. But the knowledge imparted via Maharishi video on levels of consciousness, followed by Richard and Gail Dalby's elucidation and discussion answered so many questions for me. The Dalbys' Zoom retreats have been invaluable during this period of anxiety and stress our humanity and planet are experiencing. —J.N.
The new information about Maharishi Vastu was 100% helpful. For the past few years I have been looking into home designs: Dome Homes, Rammed Earth homes, Log Cabins, Geo-Thermal heating, fire places, solar panels and on an on. When I went to the website during the afternoon portion of the retreat and saw the well balanced homes facing the cardinal directions with a balanced center point, Wow!! that spoke volumes to me. Thanks so very much. I really enjoyed that the opportunity was presented for people to get together and have a sense of community during this pandemic. —S. H.
This was an emotional day of retreat. The interaction throughout the day kept me connected and was not at all tempted to get distracted. Getting "together" with the group on Zoom felt comfortable, and the interaction was enjoyable and stimulating. I really enjoyed the Maharishi video and the discussion following. The discussion times were a valuable part of the retreat. I do miss the live retreats, but during the Zoom retreats I come away rested and refreshed and will continue to participate whenever possible - even when live retreats begin again. —L.M.
I've attended two of the in-residence retreats and two of the zoom retreats. Of course the in residence retreats were enjoyable because they were situated in a beautiful place and it's refreshing to get out of the house for a couple of days. Surprising to me I find the zoom retreats more enjoyable/beneficial. I got more out of the rounding, and the videos and discussion that followed I found to be richer. Counterintuitively I found the knowledge discussions on zoom to be more intimate. The cost of a zoom retreat is very affordable so I am encouraged to attend more of them. I hope zoom retreats will become a permanent addition to retreat offerings even after the pandemic is, someday hopefully, well behind us. —R.F.
It was nice to participate in the comforts of my own home during these COVID19 times, the price couldn’t be beat either. Yet, I do miss the connections and in-person retreats & the “walk & talks” after meals.
This at least gave me the chance to set up a special space in my home to be more regular with the asanas & pranayama breathing prior to my TM practice. I look forward to more! I enjoyed being guided & having a chance to see & connect with other people also participating!
I was extremely tired the following day, yet I found my actions, my thinking, the ease of my daily routine and lifestyle habits becoming more balanced ~ I kind of wish I would have done the 2 days now.
Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful at-home retreat! —K. M.
Thank you for the retreat. Well run! — C. I.
Gail is an exceptional instructor and guide, and she made participation very understandable and simple. Richard made the registration process a breeze, and I gained a lot from the information videos and Maharishi's teachings he showed in the afternoon sessions. Because of how well the retreat was organized and offered, though i am a TM newbie, I didn't feel that impeded the value I gained from in the retreat. Deep Thanks. — S.B.
I was concerned it would be a too long day but the time flew by.
I enjoyed it! I most enjoyed the afternoon talk
Thank you for all you do for the TM community. —L. M.
Excellent "tune up" for the body and mind. Learning new ways of enhancing TM. Listening to the questions of other participants and learning from them. Very good experience that I hope to repeat soon. Thanks for your service! It's appreciated.
—A. S.
The retreat met and exceeded my expectations. I am so grateful for the extra time to practice TM with the guidance of a teacher and with peers. I could only participate in half a day because of other commitments. I look forward to joining again for a full day. —D.M.
I am deeply appreciative of the online Zoom retreats. I have now participated in several online Zoom retreats and have found them to be very supportive of my TM practice. They are also deeply restorative. Because they are less expensive than an in-person retreat, they also have been economically more accessible, allowing me to have participated in 4 retreats in the last 9 months. Especially given the stress of the pandemic, being able to come together this way has been really meaningful and helpful. - S. R.

The retreat was absolutely wonderful. During the 2nd rounding with the whole nation, I experienced deep meditation but felt immense energy. During the lunch break I felt continuous waves of happiness. The deep meditation has carried over into all of my programs this week. The talk by Maharishi on the different stages of consciousness was exactly what I needed to hear based on the experiences I have had over the past year. So happy I was able to participate. Loved the afternoon talk by Maharishi on the different stages of consciousness. I am hoping to be able to participate in retreats in the future. Am approaching retirement and will not have the job responsibilities I have had in the past - they are already starting to drop off. What an absolutely wonderful experience the retreat was! Thank you!!! —C.B.
Gail and Richard Dalby were excellent hosts and teachers, as they always are. —J. M.
