Spring Equinox TM RETREAT & WPA
in the beautiful Massachusetts Countryside
March 18-21
Friday Evening to Sunday or Monday lunch
MAHARISHI VEDIC CENTER, LANCASTER, MA
A TM Weekend Retreat is highly recommended for all TM practitioners to deepen and stabilize your TM experience.
For our upcoming schedule of retreats, please visit www.northeasttmretreats.org
Join us for another WPA and Retreat at Maharishi Vedic Center in Lancaster, MA. This is a gorgeous location that everyone should experience while its available.

• Beautiful talks of Maharishi: Video talks from 1969 to the most recent on everything from the correct start of meditation to profound understandings of Higher States of Consciousness - with plenty of time devoted to answering all your questions and discussions of experiences.
• Understanding Ayurveda: One of the meetings will be devoted to understanding the fundamentals of Maharishi Ayurveda including simple tips for improved digestion, better health, more restful sleep and greater balance, from this complete and ancient science of natural health and longevity.
• Deep Experience and Deep Rest:
Extended practice of your TM program will provide greater familiarity with the inner creative silence of Pure Consciousness, and deep, rejuvenating rest for the body, which facilitates profound release of stress. This provides the basis for greater clarity, energy, happiness and joy when returning home. You'll receive instruction in neuro-muscular and neuro-respiratory procedures (gentle Maharishi Yoga asanas and a simple and easy Pranayama breathing practice) that will add to and integrate the extended TM practice.
Special Guest Speaker:
Dr. Rhoda Orme-Johnson will be speaking to us via video conference. She'll be presenting The Flow of Consciousness,
Maharishi’s ideas on how the reading and study of literature evolve consciousness, illustrating these points with some very cosmic, (and perhaps some of her own) poetry.
Rhoda was Founding Faculty and Professor and Chair of the Department of Literature and Languages at MUM for nearly 20 years. She has published scholarly papers and presented at professional conferences, and she has collected Maharishi’s talks on literature and language into a delightful book called The Flow of Consciousness. She is currently writing her memoirs of being with Maharishi over nearly 40 years.
Special Offering: Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems

Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems (MLG) sessions will be available on an optional basis at the retreat (additional fees apply). MLG practitioner Katherine Doak will be offering these sessions. Please contact Katherine at MaharishiLightTherapy@tm.org or call her at 828.406.0621 with questions or to schedule a session. Click here or on the photo above to be taken to the MLG website for more information on this rejuvenating, relaxing technology and its benefits.

"I just can’t find the words to adequately express what this retreat did for me. My meditation practice seems broader and deeper. It is as though I am more comfortable on a deeper level, more at peace with a quiet joy." — M.B.
